Summary

Join a leading California fuel provider as a Fuel Sales Representative and take ownership of a high-impact territory across commercial, agricultural, and government markets. We’re looking for a driven sales professional who thrives on prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals.

This role offers the opportunity to grow your own book of business, earn commission on top of a base stipend, and work with an established, growing company that values autonomy, performance, and long-term success.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prospecting, qualifying, and securing new customers for bulk gasoline and diesel delivery
  • Managing the full sales cycle, including pricing, quoting, and closing deals
  • Building long-term relationships with commercial, agricultural, and government clients
  • Navigating and responding to RFP/RFQ processes
  • Obtaining and reviewing customer credit applications
  • Providing daily fuel pricing quotes and processing customer orders
  • Assisting with the collection process

Minimum Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and relationship-driven, with a strong sales mindset.

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in fuel, energy, or a related industry
  • Experience selling to end users requiring truck and trailer fuel delivery
  • Familiarity with RFP/RFQ processes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain positive, professional relationships
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing customer base or industry contacts within California

Testing Requirements

Logistics Coordinator – Oklahoma City, OK

General Information

  • Reports to: Director of Logistics
  • FLSA Status: Full Time Non-Exempt
  • Hours: Monday-Friday variable AM shifts (must be available to work overtime and weekends)
  • Pay Range: $26.00 – $30.00/hr (DOE)

Summary

Your exceptional interpersonal skills, self-starter attitude and independent work style will allow you to handle and resolve internal and external conflicts, be organized and leverage your natural attention to detail. You will have the ability to develop and maintain a positive working relationship with employees, customer base, fuel suppliers and common carriers. You will thrive in a fast paced multitask environment that requires quick problem solving and research skills. Above average math aptitude is a must.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Purchase fuel based on market conditions
  • Monitor / Fuel purchasing for inventory managed customers (stations)
  • Schedule deliveries with common carriers
  • Manage supply contracts
  • Continuous communication/coordination with sales force and customers

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of work experience and education
